Hi! I’m Rosanne.
I’m a Sales and Marketing Consultant with more than 12 years of experience in medical sales with a global pharmaceutical company. I made more than 15,000 sales calls with hundreds of customers over the years. I discovered along the way that I have a knack for building relationships, understanding my customers’ needs, and providing superior service that gets results.
My strategies not only helped me to exceed sales objectives each year but to also achieve personal milestones. In 2008, I won the National Sales Representative of the Year award, a goal that I set for myself from the beginning of my sales career. A strong desire to serve my customers and to provide value, while constantly adapting, learning, overcoming obstacles, and staying focused helped me achieve my goal.
I was also true to myself, and always genuine and authentic with my customers. An introvert by nature, I am proof that you don’t have to be an extrovert to be successful in sales. You just have to be there for your customers, find their problems and provide solutions.
While working in sales, I developed a keen interest in marketing. My customers were on the receiving end of marketing campaigns and it was important to me that the messages resonated with what they cared about. The best way for me to have my customers’ voice heard was to join the marketing committee. So that’s what I did. For eight years, I acted as an advisor to the marketing team on the development, implementation and evaluation of national marketing campaigns.
In another lifetime, I worked for some of the largest national non-profit organizations in Canada such as the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. Near and dear to my heart, these organizations provided me with the training ground for learning how to work in teams with people from all walks of life. I coordinated fundraising campaigns that involved hundreds of volunteers and donors rallying together around a cause.
Today, my passion is helping other individuals and small business owners build their business and achieve their goals. I’m not happy unless I’m getting stuff done: the stuff that matters most to YOU.
What does that look like?
I often help clients with the stuff that they know is important but haven’t gotten to yet. Creating a marketing plan. Understanding how to use social media for business. Evaluating their marketing efforts. Coordinating a sales workshop. Learning new sales skills.
I believe it is an honor and a privilege to be trusted with any aspect of another person’s business and it’s a responsibility that I take seriously.
